Since it is early yet and the Weather Service has not defined just where the Hurricane Track will go, it is undetermined if we will get the full force of Irma or just Tropical Storm type wind and rain. We will hopefully know more about the track later in the week and will be sending out additional emails as it gets closer. Please understand that either way, we will be experiencing flooding rains, high winds and possible power outages sometime Sunday and beyond. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE WITH THE OFFICE - PHONE NUMBERS INCLUDING MOBILE PHONE, EMAIL ADDRESS (FOR MASS COMMUNICATIONS AND UPDATES) AND AN EMERGENCY CONTACT.
Now is the time to make your disaster kit to include supplies (food, water, medicine) and essential documents (driver’s license, cash, credit cards, prescription information, doctors names and phone numbers, banking information and contact numbers, insurance information for your home, car and health and any other documents that would be difficult or impossible to replace if lost or destroyed).
Also, you may want to unplug and raise all electronic or electrical personal items or be prepared to take them with you if you are order to evacuate.
You may want to photograph all your personal items to have a record in case of damage.
As stated in your lease, the owner of your property is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property. It may be a little late, but you may want to check into renters insurance to cover personal losses.
PLEASE STAY INFORMED AND FOLLOW GOVERNMENT RECOMMENDATIONS OR ORDERS TO EVACUTE.
Citizens of St. Johns County are evacuated by zone, so it is important you know what evacuation zone you live in. Do not wait until an evacuation order is given.
YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR ZONE AND OTHER VAUABLE INFORMATION AT: sjcemergency.org.

If our phone system is out please call our service number at 800-695-4976.
PLEASE NOTE: We will be under the same government ordered evacuation rules as all of you. If we are required to evacuate our office and/or homes we will.
In that case, we will not be able to resume business until we are allowed to return to our office and homes.
As those of you that were here last October during Hurricane Matthew know, our office along with many properties were flooded and caused us great deal of effort to get re-started. We are now in a new location and hopefully out of harm’s way. Depending on many various conditions, response to emergency or maintenance needs may be delayed.
