If you have completed your application(s); in order for us to get the process started, you may pay your application fees, lease fee and/or rental deposit on line through our third-party payment processing service, Zego (link below). You will be required to make an account with them. They accept debit/credit cards and bank transfer information (service fees may apply). We also accept personal checks, money orders, or bank checks (No Cash).

Rent, Application Fee(s), Lease Fee, Pet Fee(s), Security
IF LESS THAN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FROM MOVE IN DATE YOU MUST PAY FUNDS BY CERTIFIED CHECK/MONEY ORDER.
PAYMENTS: Can be made by personal check, money order, certified bank check or the online third-party payment option, Zego. Sorry - no cash.
NOTICE: All rent payments need to designate one Tenant or Guarantor to make one single payment for all parties (roommates) on the lease. No third party checks will be accepted as rent payment, unless paid by the Guarantor who signed the lease document. Payments are processed through a third party vendor, PayLease. If you experience problems or have questions about the payment process please contact Zego at the phone/email below. Zego does have a variable service charge for each transaction. Returns of funds may take up to 14 days depending on varied banking processes.
